POSITION SUMMARY
The role of Business Development Manager is a key role.
Working as a new business focused sales person, the job will entail the identification of new clients from prospect identification through the sales cycle to closing opportunities.
The BDM will be at the front line of the company's growth, and will be targeted on successfully growing new business in the UK medium to enterprise sector
Key attributes for this role include self motivation, high activity levels, appointment setting and deal closure.
To be successful in this role the candidate will need to demonstrate:
1. Experience of working in a new business environment and working to targets
2. Security solution experience/knowledge
3. Superb communication, presentation and negotiating skills
4. Enthusiastic outgoing personality with the tenacity to succeed
5. Good sales discipline
