• PTR, Sold a Business Solution, Closer, Very well Presented and used to working within a Target Driven Environment.
• Strong Closer, Pure Hunters Mentality, Able to Negotiate at Senior Level and used to selling High Value Contracts.
• Your role as New Business Sales Development will be to sell a range of document management and print solutions to Blue Chip and Corporate Clients.
• Products & Services that you will be selling are Document Management, Print, Reprographics, Design Services, Stationery & Consumables, Copiers, Software (Online Print Solutions). Basically any service that is to do with the management of documents in an organisation.
• This role is 100% new business focused however once an account is won the day to day running of the account will be managed by the Business Manager at the Branch allowing you time to focus on generating new accounts. You will be paid on any additional revenue on those accounts and will look to review them every 6 months.
• Your market place will be very horizontal looking at targeting companies that spend a minimum of £40k a year.
• Historically the business has been strong within the construction sector although they have been very successful in branching out into other areas with excellent wins with Banks, Car Manufacturers, Government Sector, Universities, Colleges, Hotel Chains etc…
• You will be fully supported by the branch and leads will be supplied by the companies marketing campaign and a 3rd party telesales department however to be successful you will need to go out and develop and generate your own business.
• Integrity, Sincerity, Honest about yourself as to what you are like.
• Minimum 5 Years B2B Sales Experience at Blue Chip level with a PTR in Solution Sales such as document management, consultancy, advertising, business equipment, office equipment.
• Proactive, Tenacious, Lots of Drive, IT Literate, Self Motivated, Good knowledge of the Sales Process. Someone not afraid to make the calls and can make their own appointments.
• Ideally someone that understands what happens to a piece of paper in a business.
